For your convenience, our system retains the information you entered when you placed your previous order as well as orders placed in your current visit. This will help you save time by not having to re-enter the same data for multiple orders on the same subject.
To use this option, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Toward the top of any order form screen you will see a drop down box saying `select past order information` with a `go` button. Select from a list of previous orders showing each subject’s name, city, country and unique Owens system ID# as a helpful identifier.
Step 2: Select your subject then click ‘go.’
Step 3: Complete empty fields (field requirements differ with each product) and or edit existing information.
Step 4: Click ‘Submit.’
Current Limitations: This function will only remember order information you have given for a specific type of product. Any corrections given in a finished investigation is not recorded in this part of our system. In addition, the information from various orders on the same subject is not currently compiled into a ‘database’ just for that particular subject. So, when you use this function, please note that you can only draw from the information a specific order previously placed. Certain subject information on individuals may automatically expire to adhere to applicable privacy laws.
