If a subject indicates a lack of such a number, this may be a cause for concern as this is how most governments track their citizens for tax, social services or security reasons. A U.S. Social Security Number is of no help in verifications outside the U.S. |

Unfortunately, though often successful, results cannot be guaranteed due to inherent research complexities. |
